All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on customisation, materials, or site conditions. Final pricing is confirmed before production begins.
5. Orders & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm any order. Full payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. Production begins only after deposit clearance.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Custom-made products may not be eligible for full refunds once manufacturing has started.
7. Installation
Installation dates are agreed in advance. Clients must ensure site readiness prior to installation. We are not responsible for delays caused by site issues beyond our control.
8. Warranty
